Niigata University of International and Information Studies was founded to nurture individuals who understand the differences between Japanese and other cultures and are capable of making contributions to the information culture across borders.
Niigata University of International and Information Studies was founded to contribute to the elevation of human welfare across borders through taking a lead in the information-oriented society while respecting national, regional and human cultures.
