午後→カンバセーションクラブ中止。
今日は英語の授業の途中、ミッシェルと美術館へ行った。
美術館へ行くため、はじめて地下鉄に乗った。ミッシェルに地下鉄の乗り方や切符の買い方などを教わった。地下鉄のチケットは、バスのチケットと同様に９０分間乗り放題なので便利だ。初めての地下鉄に私たちは興奮ぎみで写真を撮ったりしていた。
地下鉄を降りるとさらに私たちはバスに乗るためにバス停へ向かった。 バスは少し混んでいた。私は隣に座ったミッシェルに、バスが停留所で止まるときに鳴る「シュー」という音が何かを聞いた。それは、障害者やお年より、ベ ビーカーがバスに乗る時に、乗りやすいようにするための音だった。すなわち、バスの入り口が少し下がって段差が少なくなるというものだ。カナダではバスは もちろん、トイレやドア、公衆のいたるところにバリアーフリーが徹底されているのを見ることができる。しかもカナダのバスの優先席が日本に比べて徹底的に 多い。バスの先頭から真ん中くらいまであってとても驚いた。
日本でも車椅子の人のためのバスがあるが、そこまで徹底してはいない。前にベビーカーを押す人がバスに乗ってきたときに、みんな自然に譲るように席 を移動していた。日本では見て見ぬふりをする人さえいるのに、こっちの人はこれが当たり前で自然なことなんだと感じた。カナダに来てみて、障害者やお年よ りが生活を営む上で、生活しやすいバリアーフリーがカナダの人々に浸透していると思った。
美術館では主に４つに分かれていたスペースを順番に見てまわった。カナダの動物やカナディアンの歴史のものが展示されていた。カナダの動物はとても 大きかったが、これらがまだ絶滅していないものもいると思うと文化や土地の違いを改めて感じた。昆虫は生きているものがほとんどで、めずらしいものばかり で興味深かった。
I went to the museum with Michelle today in the middle of the English lesson.
In order to go to a museum, I rode on the subway for the first time. She told me how to ride a subway , how to buy a ticket, etc.The ticket of a subway tends to ride for 90 minutes like the ticket of a bus, and is convenient.We were taking the photograph with some excitement for the first subway.
We went to the bus stop, in order to take a bus further, if it gets down from a subway. A part of the bus was crowded. The sound the "shoe" which sounds when a bus stops at a stop asked something to him by whom I sat down next. It is the sound from which the air of the tire for making it be easy to ride escapes, when a disabled person, an old person, and a stroller take a bus.Namely, a level difference falls for a while and the entrance of a bus decreases. In Canada, a barrier free-lancer can be seen put everywhere of a door and the public toilet or into practice as well as a bus. And there are many priority seats of the bus of Canada thoroughly compared with Japan. There is even middle from the head of a bus and it was very much surprised.
Although there is a bus for a wheelchaired man also in Japan, it does not put into practice to there. When those who push a stroller had taken the bus before, it was moving so that everybody might yield a seat automatically.
In Japan, I thought that the man here was that this is natural and natural even those who turn a blind eye to be. I thought that the barrier free-lancer who lives in ease had permeated people of Canada when it comes to Canada and a disabled person and an old person lead a life.
In the art museum, we looked at the space mainly divided into four in order, and turned around it.The thing of the animal of Canada or the history of Kanadian was exhibited there. Although the animal of Canada was very large, when I thought that what these have not exterminated yet.I feel the difference in culture or land anew. What valid was most and the insect I was interesting only at new things.
日本は公衆や家のドアが横開きだけれど、カナダで横開きのドアはあまり見ることができない。障害者にとっては横開きの方が生活しやすいので日本はこ れといって特別という感じではないのかもしれない。カナダは横開きがないのでボタンを作り自動にして生活しやすくしているのだ。
日本に居るとあまり気にとめないことがカナダに来てみて改めて認識できたりと、日本の良さやカナダの良さ、それぞれを感じることができた。カナダに来て英語を学ぶという語学以外でも、生活するということでさまざまな人生経験ができ、いろんなものを得られた。
